aka (Manjeet Kaur)For over 20 years Lisa has been practicing, studying and living her yoga. Graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, 13 years as a Wall Street Trader, mother, Reiki and Quantum Touch Practitioner, this is the “Life” she brings to Yoga. She has taught for over 15 years, and is a E-RYT 200 Hatha Yoga Teacher, a 500 hour Ceritified Level two Practioner in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and a registered Children’s Yoga Teacher.Lisa classes are filled with an eclectic mix of spirituality and fun. Her intuitive teaching style and infused love of yoga resonates with students of all ages. Lisa’s passion for yoga transformed into a love of the Gong. Finding a balance between what is heard and what is felt, she shares the Gong’s individual healing powers. Each student is taken on their own journey.She can be found teaching Gong Events, Yoga classes and Kundalini Yoga classes in the Chicagoland Area. She has been published in Yoga Chicago Magazine, is the Health Columnist for McHenry County Living Magazine. She has presented at the Iowa City Yoga Festival and Bhakti Fest Midwest.
