Her sessions integrate elements of Swedish massage, Ayurvedic bodywork, Vedic crystal healing, CranioSacral Therapy, Marmani vital energy point therapy, fascial release, aromatherapy, reflexology, Trigger Point therapy, Usuii Reiki and intuitive reading.
Rachel began her empathic journey as a child, her healing path has brought her to an Ayurvedic healing-residency at Sivananda Ashram as well as various spiritual and healing apprenticeships. She holds a BA in Honors Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota where she began adopting alternative and comprehensive wellness as a career at the Center for Spirituality and Healing.
She believes personal evolution and self-study is essential for whole-being wellness. A daily practice of spirituality and self-love (Sadhana) can be transformative. Nurturance of the connection to self creates space to trust our internal guiding intuition and soften into radical acceptance of present moment…naturally lowering emotional variances promoting balance. Self-love practices activate our innate self-healing energy to move with grace in the process of life.
